Founder The ISS legacy began with Robert McInnes Sr., a pioneering figure in both martial arts and business. Known internationally as Kancho McInnes, he built the foundation of ISS Worldwide Group on the principles of discipline, respect, and excellence.

His leadership shaped the company into a respected name across multiple industries and countries. Junior Robert McInnes ,Chief Executive Officer In 2018, Junior Robert McInnes assumed leadership of ISS Corporation following his father’s retirement. Born in 1997 in Chonburi, Thailand, Junior grew up surrounded by martial arts, discipline, and entrepreneurship. His global vision and innovative mindset have guided ISS into a new era of growth and modernization.

Despite taking the helm shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic, Junior successfully navigated unprecedented challenges, restructuring operations, expanding production lines, and building new trade alliances throughout Thailand, New Zealand, Japan, and Asia. Under his direction.
