With extensive real estate holdings, Iss Corporation Co Limited is also a leading property developer in the region of Pattaya. The company has a reputation for delivering high-quality products and services to its clients, and its commitment to excellence has helped it establish a strong presence in the market.

The current CEO of ISS Corporation is Junior Robert McInnes is a world-renowned martial artist and successful businessman. Born in 1997 in Chonburi, Thailand, Junior grew up immersed in the world of martial arts with has created him a strong sense of discipline, thanks to his father, Robert Snr McInnes, a well-known figure in the martial arts community referred to by many as Kancho McInnes. Robert senior established ISS Worldwide Group back in 1995 and has now grown under his leadership to a global company.

In 2018,Robert Senior stepped down as the CEO and Junior McInnes took over his father's business empire, which includes property management, construction, security solutions, and Import Export and the manufacturing of PPE Equipment .

Despite taking over the reins just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Junior managed to turn the businesses around, building alliances with product suppliers through out Thailand, New Zealand , Japan and Asia and connecting the right people with the right businesses.

Under Junior's leadership, ISS Corporation continues to thrive and grow.
